Actor Will Smith is probably wishing for a real-life mind eraser after a reporter tried to kiss him Friday at the “Men in Black 3″ premiere in Moscow.
In the press line, Will greeted the Ukrainian reporter, as he walked up to Smith on the red carpet and hugged him first, then kissed him on both cheeks before trying ‘to go for the lips’.
Instinctively, Will Smith, 43, responded with a backhanded slap to the reporter’s face, angrily saying, “Come on man, what the hell is your problem buddy?”
Two women walking with Smith turned when they heard the slap. Will explained, “Sorry, he kissed me on my mouth!”
He quickly gathered his composure, smiling and saying to a cameraman, “This joker. He’s lucky I didn’t sucker punch him.”
“I’m so sorry,” one of his shocked female handlers said.
“No, no. It’s all good,” Smith said with a laugh as he moved on to the next interview. Sources say, he continued to walk down the red carpet and talk to other reporters and sign autographs for fans.
The reporter, known for trying to kiss male celebrities as part of his on-air gimmick, quietly and quickly stepped behind a cameraman before leaving the area.
The Choice, Fox’s new dating show with thematic elements similar to The Voice, has cast a variety of singers, actors, models and reality stars galore.
Joe Jonas, Dean Cain, Tyson Beckford, Taylor Hicks, Jersey Shore‘s Pauly D and The Situation, Rob Kardashian and other dudes will compete for love.
The Choice’s female celebrities include Miss USA wild child Rima Fakih, actress Carmen Electra and models Hope Dworaczyk and Sophie Monk.
As hinted in The Choice promo, four stars sit in spinning chairs with their backs to a group of non-famous prospective dates, who pitch themselves.
Over the course of three rounds, the contestant pool is pared down until each celeb has chosen their date for the evening. Sounds easy enough.
Although none of the celebrities on the show bombed with the contestants, Jonas, Cain and Beckford were particularly sought after, apparently.
Five of the episodes on the show, which premieres June 7, will feature the male celebrities, while one episode puts women in the power seats.

A small portion of steamed cabbage, four small pieces of sweet potato and a chicken breast smaller than the size of his fist are what Jun-ho, a member of K-pop idol group 2PM, revealed on his Twitter to be his daily diet, which he consumes as a single meal.
Until recently, low-calorie diets have typically been the preserve of girl group members, who make considerable efforts to stay trim. However, more male celebrities are now sharing their diets on social network services such as Twitter.
Singer and producer Park Jin-young twitted a picture of his meal comprising nuts, fruits and a multigrain shake made with soy milk on April 21. In February, singer Jang Woo-hyuk shared his daily diet of black rice, watery soup, a tiny chicken breast and vegetables on his me2day account.
In principle, male celebrities usually unveil their meal plans because the public prefers men with well-sculpted bodies. But those in showbiz say there might now be other motives. Lee Kyung-sun, CEO of cultural marketing firm With Culture, said, “It seems that male celebrities want to become more intimate with fans and gain more attention by letting people know how they maintain their fitness.”
One staffer with a public relations company said, “By showing how hard they work on themselves and keep abreast of the latest trends, they are enhancing their image. It’s a kind of image marketing strategy. There is growing acknowledgement of how effective this can be, so there are management agencies that tweet pictures of their celebrities exercising or adhering to very strict diets.”
